Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Sunita into school to teach us all about Diwali, the Festival of Lights! Our KS1 children had a fantastic time dressing up and performing traditional dances, while Reception enjoyed getting creative and making their own colourful Rangoli patterns.

We finished the day with a lovely whole-school assembly, where Sunita shared the story of Rama and Sita and helped us understand the meaning and traditions of Diwali.

A huge thank you to Sunita for such a wonderful, fun-filled and informative day!
