A Wonderful Year 6 Leavers’ Assembly

Yesterday, we said a fond farewell to our amazing Year 6 children during a truly memorable Leavers’ Assembly.

The children entertained their families and staff with a fantastic showcase of their many talents. From beautiful singing and energetic dancing to impressive drumming performances and accomplished brass instrument playing, every child played their part in making the celebration incredibly special.

As well as celebrating their achievements, the assembly took everyone on an emotional journey as parents, carers and staff reflected on the wonderful memories made throughout the children’s time at Hedworth Lane. There were plenty of smiles, laughter and more than a few tears as we looked back on how much they have grown and achieved over the years.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Year 6 pupils. They leave us with wonderful memories, lifelong friendships and the confidence to take on their next adventure at secondary school.

We wish them all the very best for the future and know they will continue to make us proud wherever they go.
